Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the provider’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, no show’s or cancelling less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a $50 missed appointment fee due prior to rebooking your next appointment. Fees are charged at the discretion of the Practice. Fees are non-transferrable or redeemable for future services.
